Olavi Linna directed and edited A Film About Jörn Donner with Alberto Herskovits for FranckForstén in 2019.

A film about a powerful and difficult but equally fascinating man of many careers: a politician, a writer, a film director and above all, a primordial ´Enfant horrible´. A cultural phenomenon with over 50 films and as many books in over half a century. Three marriages, six children and industrial quantities of cigarettes and alcohol. An extraordinary man whose last biography simply was called ”the mammoth” and who during his entire lifetime, used his intellect and control to achieve his ends.

And a man almost impossible to make a film about due to his ever present tantrums. So we did.
